This Privacy Policy explains how Eurocollection collects, uses, stores, and protects users' personal data. It is intended for users in Italy, the European Union, and other countries where the app is made available.

2. Types of Data Collected

The app may process the following categories of personal and technical data:

Account data: email address, password, username, and data required for registration, authentication, password recovery, account changes, and account deletion.
Collection data: information entered by the user about their collection, including collected coins, quantities, grades, notes, favorites, possible purchase prices, statistics, exports, backups, and restores.
Support and report data: messages sent to the administrator, replies received, technical report data, and any images or photos voluntarily uploaded to report missing coins, errors, or improve recognition.
Device technical data: information such as device model, operating system, app version, language, technical identifiers, session tokens, and data strictly necessary for service operation.
Diagnostic data: error, crash, and malfunction information collected through Firebase Crashlytics and related technical services.
Advertising and consent data: advertising identifiers, consent status, and preferences relating to personalized or non-personalized ads managed through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Google consent tools, and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency.
In-app purchase and subscription data: technical data relating to subscriptions, purchases, restores, and verification through Google Play and the App Store. Full payment data is not stored directly by Eurocollection.
Contact data: data included in emails or other communications voluntarily sent by the user.

The app does not access the user's contacts and does not collect precise geolocation data. Photos or images are processed only if the user voluntarily chooses to submit them.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

to provide the app features and manage registration, login, synchronization, and account deletion;
to save, restore, export, and display statistics relating to the user's collection;
to display personalized or non-personalized ads through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, depending on consent and applicable settings;
to monitor app stability, errors, and malfunctions through Firebase Crashlytics and related technical services;
to manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, and related checks through official stores;
to manage reports, support messages, and requests sent to the administrator;
to improve data quality and, when the user voluntarily submits images, support verification or recognition activities;
to comply with legal obligations, security needs, and abuse or fraud prevention.

Where applicable, processing is based on user consent, the performance of a user-requested service, the controller's legitimate interest in app security and technical management, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Data Processing and Security

Data is processed using technical and organizational measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. Data is not sold as a standalone database to third parties. However, it may be shared with strictly necessary technical providers, store providers, advertising or diagnostic platforms, and where required by law.

5. Main Providers and Recipients

Data may be processed, within the limits of each provider's role, by providers such as Google (AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, consent services, Firebase Crashlytics, and related technical components), Apple, Google Play, and other technical or hosting providers necessary for the app and backend services.

6. International Transfers

Some data may be processed or transferred outside the user's country or the European Economic Area, for example when global providers such as Google or Apple are used. In such cases, processing takes place on the basis of safeguards provided by applicable law or contractual mechanisms adopted by the provider.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Collection data, backups, reports, and support messages are retained as long as necessary to provide the service, synchronize the account, and handle requests. Diagnostic and advertising-related data is retained according to the technical timelines and policies of the relevant providers. Accounts can be deleted upon user request or through the dedicated deletion flow.

8. Account Management and Deletion

Users can create an account to access additional features. Account deletion can be requested directly from the app or through the dedicated page available on the official Eurocollection website. Deletion results in permanent removal of account data stored on the server within the technical time needed to complete the request, except for data that must be kept for legal obligations or defense of rights.

9. User Rights

Users may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent in the cases provided by law. 10. Children

The app is not intentionally intended for children below the minimum age required under the applicable law to independently manage consent for processing or advertising tracking. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization, please contact the controller.

11. Cookies and Tracking Tools

The mobile app does not use browser cookies in the traditional web sense, but it may use similar technologies, advertising identifiers, local storage, session tokens, and SDK-based tools for advertising, consent, security, diagnostics, and in-app purchases. 12. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated. Changes will be published in the app and on the website.

14. Definitions

Personal data: any information identifying a natural person.
Data controller: the person deciding how data is processed (see point 1).
User: anyone using the app.
