To sync data across multiple devices, simply create an account with a username and password and stay logged in.
For proper operation, updates should not happen at the same time on the same data.
If synchronization fails, restarting the app is recommended.

If you made changes to your data and then logged in afterwards, unfortunately those changes cannot be restored.

You can continue from this dedicated page: delete your account.
Deleting your account permanently removes all account-related data from the server; your collection remains available only on the device.

Deleting your account removes cross-platform synchronization, but your local copy remains on the device.
In that case, if you uninstall the app, you will lose that local copy as well.
